Sales Development Representative

As a part of the Marketing Team, the Sales Development Representatives are the first line of action to help us uncover valuable prospects as well as inform those interested in us already.
The SDR team works closely with both marketing team members and sales leaders to identify prospects, generate interest, and accelerate pipeline growth.
As Sales Development Representative, you will:
Drive marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and set appointments for the sales team Generate awareness for Formic through identifying and prospecting accounts, from SMBs and MidMarket to Fortune 1000 Follow up with warm leads derived from form fills, webinar attendees, trade shows, and more Create outbound prospecting lists to email, call, and connect with on social platforms Monitor website traffic to identify high intent prospects for outbound contact Generate and test sequences to continuously improve conversion rates Leverage the tech stack of HubSpot, Salesforce.
com, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and more to connect with prospects Collaborate and encourage team members to drive success What makes you a great fit:
1-2 years sales or customer service experience (e.

in retail, cold calling, food service) Ability to work full-time or hybrid (3

Final offer amounts are custom-crafted, based on the cash/equity ratio preference of the candidate, as well as their experience, geographical location and cost of labor, and more, and may vary from the range listed below.
Ultimately we're seeking top performers who will make a difference to our business, and we're open to negotiating the compensation structure for the right candidate.
The expected base pay range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, plus a commission plan, the formal and detailed structure of which will be shared for mutual agreement once onboarded.
