Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Publishing:
Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to schedule and publish content across multiple platforms using social media management tools.
Community Engagement:
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, and foster meaningful interactions with our audience.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track key social media metrics, analyze data to gain insights into audience behavior and content performance, and prepare regular reports for management review.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in social media marketing, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our brand's online presence.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
Requirements:
Demonstrated proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and photo/video editing software is a plus.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
