As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of business.
Duties:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence - Transcribe meeting minutes and other important information - Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times -Organize Bill pay and filing for bills as well as bookkeeping duties -Manage Emails and respond to emails in a professional manner Skills:
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar - Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle phone systems effectively - Typing speed and accuracy - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills, we would love to hear from you.
