We are hiring an experienced Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner with extensive Surgical Oncology First Assisting/Clinical experience!
The Advanced Practice Provider works within the multidisciplinary team in Surgical Oncology and would be full continuum of care in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care!

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive histories and physical exams, identify normal and abnormal findings, including physical, cognitive and psycho-social status. Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests. Develop pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical treatment plans. Monitor effectiveness of plan of care. Educate patients on disease and treatment plans. Perform procedures as trained and appropriately credentialed. Document within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and completes other necessary documents. Collaborate and/or consult with physicians and other health care providers as appropriate. Actively participate in program building, and quality measurement and improvement measures. Provide direct patient care for adult patients with acute and/or chronic illnesses in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Provide follow-up/post-op care in the outpatient clinic. Coordinate preoperative and postoperative planning with primary care providers and anesthesia providers for patients traveling from a distance. Collaborate with primary care providers, specialty care providers and/or inpatient providers to provide comprehensive patient care. Perform advanced treatments and/or procedures following verification of competency including but not limited to:
administration of chemotherapy orders, paracentesis, pleural taps, tumor biopsies, and much more!

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
