The client is seeking a Project Manager/Litigation Support Specialist for their E-Discovery Support Team.
Previous experience in a legal and electronic discovery environment is required.
Strong organizational skills, project management, attention to detail and technical aptitude are key for this role.
REQUIREMENTS:
Communicate with clients to create the right workflow, understand client deadlines and allocated budget for each project.
Provide clients, production team and sales team with daily project updates regarding the data inventory and processing status.
Support Sales in product demonstrations, explanation of technical issues with clients.
Responsible for converting data and creating load files for client specific software packages such as Relativity, IPRO, Summation and Concordance, etc.
Responsible for tracking all aspects of assigned projects and maintaining accurate data for billing purposes.
Tracking data loading and providing feedback to client.
Troubleshooting and problem solving are key requirements. The client needs you to be able to be the ears and backbone of the company
SKILLS &
Qualifications:
A minimum of two years of professional Litigation Support, electronic discovery
Law firm experience a large PLUS
2-5 years e-discovery experience with strong legal database knowledge.
Strong communication, excellent follow-up skills, client confidentiality are vital.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
