ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
P&L responsibility for sales and operations, achieving budgeted monthly/annual revenue and expense goals.
Identify and drive performance improvements to increase revenue, improve service and production quality, increase operational efficiency and maximize profitability.
Develop and enhance long-term, high quality client relationships by consistently exceeding client expectations.
Manages and motivates a team of FT/PT employees, involved in all aspects of hiring, employee training and development, retention, and performance management.
Implement strategic and operational plans to achieve overall performance goals.
Maintain timely, accurate performance and financial reports and processes.
Oversee branch Accounts Receivable activity.
Collaborate and negotiate with vendors to ensure coordination of resources required to support customer requirements.
Maintain current knowledge of Consultancy's products and services, production processes, industry trends and local competitors and communicate to employees and management.
Directly supervises a team which may include the following: Production Manager/Lead, Account Manager(s), Customer Service Representative(s) and an Administrative Assistant. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable local, state and federal laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and coaching employees; planning, assigning, and directing operational processes and procedures; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience required;
Five years successful sales and management experience required (litigation support industry preferred) with demonstrated ability to exceed performance goals;
Achievement oriented, flexible and adaptable to a varying workload.
Multi-location management experience preferred;
Significant P&L management experience in a growth-oriented company, preferably in the litigation support or legal industry
Must have proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Must have exceptional analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
English fluency required.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Fast paced, demanding, and deadline driven environment.
Ability to safely drive an automobile. Valid Driver License required.
Extensive use of computer and related office equipment.
Business travel required.
Able to do moderate lifting and carrying, 30 to 40 lbs.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
