Program Manager, Food Program

As a member of the Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) team overseeing the Food Services program for corporate office space, this position is responsible for driving strategy and identifying opportunities to improve and optimize food service across the America's corporate office portfolio.
The Food Services Program Manager must demonstrate a sense of urgency, bias for action, attention to detail and be comfortable operating in both the strategic and tactical level.
Deep subject matter expertise, along with formal program and project management skills is critical.
This individual must also have experience developing, implementing and managing a number of scalable programs, simultaneously.
The optimal candidate is an experienced, passionate professional who will excel within an entrepreneurial culture - providing vision, leadership, and communication - but not afraid to dive into details.
He/she should have a passion for food services operations and customer experience as well as great attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
Define program strategy, goals and deliverables that support GREF's objectives in collaboration with customers Oversee and improve food program under following areas; Employee Experience; Financial Management; Vendor Management, Operations Management, Data Management, Technology Strategy Promote the use of data and analytics to analyze customer satisfaction trends and drive next generation program initiatives and experiences.
Strategize and master plan the necessary change management to ensure successfully developed innovations are implemented and operationalized at scale Develop good working relationships with onsite GREF Facilities & Engineering partners to scale and deliver daily operations within a distributed, multi-vendor corporate office portfolio.
Partner with Design and Construction teams to ensure food-relates spaces are optimized for a balance of customer experience and financial stewardship.
Build scalable program guidelines, processes and procedures.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
