Production Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced C Crew Production Supervisor for a busy automotive facility!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all departmental activities, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, utilizing available resources and support.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety rules and prompt reporting of unsafe conditions by department personnel.
- Direct the department to foster high morale, teamwork, pride, productivity, and quality.
- Enforce the use of tools/processes related to production team boards.
- Ensure proper employee training and track completion.
- Conduct employee assessments as required.
- Support launch activities as necessary.
- Communicate efficiently with team leads and department members, providing timely updates on operational matters.
- Liaise with supporting departments to resolve problems.
- Accurately and promptly complete all associated paperwork (corrective actions, scrap reports, production reports, downtime, employee evaluations, etc.).
- Document all activities as required.
- Adhere to company guidelines for Emergency Evacuation to ensure employee safety.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities deemed necessary by management.
Experience, and Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CMMS experience is REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in the automotive/manufacturing environment.
- Excellent written, mathematical, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Good technical understanding of processes and machinery.
- Demonstrated organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

$60,000.00 $65,000.00 per year
