s a Senior Manager you will:
o Work closely with teams to prepare & present client deliverables and provide client service on problems & questions o Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to junior Nielsen associates o Develop mastery of propriety Nielsen tools and metrics, which you will use to help solve your clients most pressing business questions o Assist and network with industry leading clients to simplify their data into a compelling narrative and present recommendations in client discussions o Be the voice of the consumer by keeping our clients at the forefront of industry trends o Develop a basic working knowledge of consumer and marketing drivers of sales volume to help our clients increase revenue Responsibilities o Lead client project engagements - present PowerPoint decks with results of marketing mix analysis o Mentor junior associates in best practices, client communication, and insight building/story-telling. o Synthesize data & simplify findings o Work congruently and collaboratively with internal & external teams o Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes Qualifications o Bachelor's degree required (analytical field or social sciences preferred) o 5
years' applicable experience o Strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking skills o Strong oral and written communication, organization & customer service skills o Strong mathematical/statistical/applied analytics background including knowledge of how a regression model works o Media agency background a plus o Proficient in Microsoft Office software and Google Suite o Basic project management skills
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Account ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
