The Senior Program Manager quickly understands our client's needs and objectives with the ability to effectively manage teams of different sizes in their effort to deliver services. The Senior Program Manager is expected to deploy and manage against defined processes throughout a client engagement. Individuals in this role are also responsible for building, coaching, and leading teams against said process to ensure successful deliveries. This role requires individuals who are proactive problem solvers that can manage team dynamics, manage project financial performance, clearly communicate status, and drive progression towards dates. Senior PMs are core members of the agency's Global Operations and Program Management community. The role has a matrix reporting relationship between a business lead (e.g. Customer Engagement Director) on the projects the Senior PM works on and a senior member of the Project Management team (e.g. Program Director). RESPONSIBILITIES Be an active bridge and hub between agency staff delivering work, their counterparts on the client side, as well as the agency's enablement functions (e.g. Commercial, Finance, Ops, People) Collaborate with internal Delivery and clients in alignment with Client Engagement to define KPI's and meaningful metrics to report project and program health Serve as a key point of contact and liaison for cross-divisional teams, agency peers and management Development of key account documents such as LOAs, SOWs, Briefs, Requirements documents, and Change Orders Develop and/or ensure projects' business, functional, technical requirements are developed at an appropriate level of depth and detail and align project stakeholders. Oversee delivery on multiple work streams to ensure process consistency and pivot as necessary Holistically review accounts and identify areas of opportunity, gap resolution and adjustments to ensure health and growth Manage activities and deliverables utilizing fit-for-purpose toolsets (e.g. Kanban board, ticketing system) and processes (e.g. board grooming, sprint definition, relative estimates, demos, and retrospectives) Track and report on project progress and risk via appropriate status tools, templates, and methods Conduct stand-up and/or status meetings Carry out retrospectives and/or post-mortems and/or lessons-learned sessions as needed Qualifications 7
years of experience in related roles in marketing, ad or mar-tech, media, software development, creative / digital agencies, or consulting environments Highly organized, detail and process / problem-solving oriented with an ability to perform under pressure Ability to effectively parse and balance the urgent and important to prioritize those things that have both characteristics Ability to define, document, manage, and optimize workflows and processes Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders in a professional, authoritative manner, bring clarity to ambiguous situations, and drive progress Ability to plan, organize and run effective meetings and workstreams Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately via a variety of mediums / modes (e.g. verbal, email, long-form, presentations, collaboration, and project management platforms, etc.) Experience & expertise with full-lifecycle campaign and / or application development including use case and requirements development, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc. Experience & expertise using project / process management and collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, Trello or JIRA, SharePoint or Box, MS Teams or Slack, WorkFront, Workamajig, Monday.com, etc.) Experience & expertise across the Microsoft Office suite with a specific strength using Excel Experience managing across the range of waterfall and agile project management methodologies Training or certifications in Project Management, and Agile Methodologies a plus Values The Pharm is driven by mutually developed values and behaviors that are hard-wired into the WPP/WBA partnership DNA. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
