We Are Seeking:
The Weber Shandwick Chicago office is currently seeking a Vice President in our growing Corporate Practice to support a major grocery retailer client. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate brand and reputation building communications, managing executive visibility, media strategy and team leadership. Corporate Responsibility/CSR experience preferred, with expertise in CPG/the food category as a plus. The candidate will have the opportunity to drive a broad range of corporate reputation campaigns for the food industry client, while leading a team of practitioners and collaborating with Weber Shandwick's network to develop strategic and creative client work. What You Will Be Doing:
Build, nurture and expand client relationships, serving as a trusted resource and advisor Develop long-term client plans and strategic PR program recommendations for executive visibility, Corporate Responsibility and media relations programs in the food retail industry, developing and managing budgets, generating recommendations and creating presentations Drive development of tactical plans, translating strategies into tactics; ensure team deliverables align with strategies Own responsibilities for executional leadership of multiple client programs, budgets, timeline and plans Proactively support and suggest improvements to exceed client expectations by leveraging industry knowledge and experience Manage ongoing team resourcing/staffing to ensure successful delivery of work product Anticipate and proactively offer solutions to senior team leadership for executional issues specific to assigned programs Build and own productive relationships with multiple client stakeholders, interagency teams, client's business partner organizations and a diverse array of agency colleagues Represent agency points of view clearly in writing, formal presentations and informal client meetings and workshops Maintain profitability of engagements in partnership with project management Motivate and mentor the team by bringing a positive, solutions-focused attitude to everything you do Qualifications 8-10 years public relations experience, corporate PR background desired Agency experience (preferred) Experience working on CPG/food/retail industry brands (ideal) You are both a creative and a strategic thinker, and a natural team leader Needs to have a track record in client service to senior level clients Strategic media relations knowledge BA or BS in Communications or related degree About Weber Shandwick Weber Shandwick is a leading global communications and engagement firm in 81 countries with a network extending to 129 offices around the world. Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Account Management, Sales Management & OperationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
