As CrowdStrike's Sr Director of Marketing IT, you will build an organization designed to create infrastructure and systems that create scalability and ease of use in support of Marketing's process. Success will require partnering with C-level/Board stakeholders, to ensure our systems and technology choices and practices support CrowdStrike's overall Business and Marketing Strategy. You will be responsible for achieving the required functionality, ease of execution and scalability of marketing campaigns and activities that are fundamental to our growth. This role reports to the VP of go-to-market business applications. What You'll Do Build and set the vision & strategy for Marketing technologies over the next 3-5 years. Requirements will come from the Marketing organization, your role will be to establish scale, automation, integration and ease of use/access/delivery. Build the team, develop existing talent, and attract exceptional talent to grow the function and deliver exceptional programs. Have a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset. You will not only build your team, but you will also play a hands-on role and get into the weeds as needed to ensure success. Identify where the company is currently inefficient or bogged down by administration or process inefficiencies and create solutions. Partner with Security, Sales, Legal, Finance and People teams to describe how the Marketing organization can achieve their requirements at scale and deliver ROI to the company. Drive communication and education of Marketing IT programs and long-term value to employees, managers, and candidates. Partner with other parts of IT to build and integrate tools and systems that drive digital marketing at a scale of 10,000
employees. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations both in the U.S. and internationally, working with internal groups to ensure audits are completed, spending is monitored, and all company-sponsored plans align with legal requirements. Own job analysis, evaluation, market pricing and salary surveys, career path/ladder formation in a transparent fashion and with equity at the forefront. Oversee the company's Marketing infrastructure to ensure growth and continued evolution with trends in the industry. What You'll Need Bachelor's or Master's degree and a minimum of 10
years of digital marketing in a global technology-centric scaling organization, including content management systems experience. Minimum 5 years' Web Marketing leadership experience at a Director level or above. Recent experience in Technology, preferably SaaS/Cloud-based, fast-paced and high-growth environment. Demonstrated marketing expertise in all areas, especially in content creation & delivery, communication, collaboration, marketing events and branding to in support of creating IT roadmaps that deliver scale to these functions. Grit, can-do attitude. Ability and willingness to roll up sleeves as needed to ensure group success. Proven track record of influencing, leading and facilitating initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders (C-level and Board). Experience in change management and influencing across complex areas such as process design, tradeoffs in systems, scaling programs through company life stages, etc. Experience and responsibility of implementing Marketing technologies at scale Experience selecting and managing global vendors and brokers. Ability to approach key decisions and changes with a high level of rigor. Ability to present multiple solutions to leadership while outlining the appropriate trade-offs Possess strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Passion for working and learning in a fast-growing company. Maintains an up-to-date working knowledge of all relevant regulatory requirements to ensure company compliance. Growth mindset, sense of curiosity and strong problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and the highest standards for accuracy and precision. Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills and ability to exercise good judgment and discretion and maintain confidentiality. Real-world experience in marketing data models; such as multi-touch attribution models, customer data platform models, and an ability to connect the dots between marketing metrics and operating plan outcomes. Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
