Job Description POSITION PROFILE The Back end Developer is responsible for the server-side web application logic as well as for the integration of the front-end part. The role will work closely with the User-Experience Architects and Visual Designers with the Digital Customer Experience UX Practice to develop world-class websites for Ricoh Americas. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the overall application lifecycle Responsible for coding and debugging Collaborate with Front-end developers Define and communicate technical and design requirements Build high-quality reusable code that can be used in the future Develop functional and sustainable web applications with clean codes Responsible to troubleshoot and debug applications Learn about new technologies and stay up to date with current best practices Conduct UI tests and optimize performance Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve applications Collaborate with multidisciplinary team of designers, developers and system administrators Performs other duties as assigned Additional/Alternate Work Locations (if applicable) PA.EXTON.6-Exton, PA.EXTON.8-Exton, PA.EXTON.9-Exton Job Description Continued QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications) Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Experience in technical or related field Minimum 8 years of Web development and design experience is required Hand coding using advanced standards-based HTML and CSS, with a mastery of HTML5, XHTML, and CSS3, JSON, XML, AJAX Basic experience with JavaScript Experience integrating page templates to ASP/.net and JSP/Java backend frameworks Experience with Web CMS platforms and PHP Experience integrating Front End HTML/JS/CSS deliverables with CMS platforms Experience with popular UI frameworks like Bootstrap Experience with Responsive and Adaptive design and SEO best practices Significant experience with Hybrid Mobile app development - Either Phone gap or webviews. Must have an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development and deployment. Direct experience working with Agile/SCRUM methodologies Experience with Story Management software like JIRA Good written and oral communication skills KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong understanding of industry trends and web content management systems. Effectively communicate with the creative team and product owners including a willingness to ask questions whenever clarification is needed. Ability to solve problems and adapt quickly to new web design and application trends. Extensive experience in multi-media, web design (HTML programming). Strong creative, organizational and interpersonal skills. Must be able to meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects and work effectively in a team. Strong knowledge of, and interest in, current Retail Merchandising and Point-of-Sale, and Digital Displays. An experienced understanding of the Social Media universe, including YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Google, Instagram, Pinterest and all other applicable sites. Strong online portfolio of traditional web and social media projects. Strong knowledge of, and interest in, current web design trends and user-centered techniques. Competent in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Self-starter with a proactive can do attitude who can work independently with minimum supervision. A willingness to collaborate closely with other team members. Attention to detail. Ability to rapidly fix bugs and troubleshoot problems.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
