Overview The Managed Services Solutions Architect partners with both the sales and managed service team on qualified services opportunities. The Solutions Architect (SA) will be the lead the overall solution development, craft a mix of skills, services and offerings necessary to support a customer's managed services business needs. The Solutions Architect serves as the technical expert during the sales and delivery cycles. The SA will work closely with Managed Service Experts (MSE's) and National Account Managers (NAM's) to develop sales collateral and standard operating procedures when required. Responsibilities Designs and architects Managed Services Offerings that provide value-added solutions that meet customer business needs Serves as the key technical resource for the managed services line of business Assists Managed Services team in identifying new opportunities for growth and long term total contract value Assumes ownership of the Managed Services from the product marketing perspective backed by technical competency Develops current state analysis for customer (base-line comparison) Develops and owns the Scope of Work (SOW) Assists National Account Managers in business case analysis and development Partners with MSSC and sales team to develop proposed pricing arrangements Develops risk and quality assessments Develops tools and knowledge base for better deal estimation Provides training as needed or required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Business preferred) or equivalent work experience 7-10 years technical experience in defining complex client requirements Experience in large-complex services solutions and deal development Services costing and solution design experience Experience in the documentation of the scope of work and standard operating procedures Thorough understanding of Outstanding and Managed Services Full understanding off enterprise Voice and Data operations, their environments within our industry Voice, data, contact center, convergence, etc. Experience working with Avaya, Cisco, or Microsoft's voice and/or Data operations is desirable Ability to extract customer requirements to design competitive solutions Excellent presentation, documentation, written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills Flexible, creative problem-solving skills with ability to 'think outside the box' Ability to define service levels and provide accurate cost management estimates Demonstrated ability to provide deliverables as agreed
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
