Job Description Can be fully remote The Engineering Team is seeking a talented React Engineer for our UI framework team. We need a person that is passionate about writing clean test-driven code, defining SOLID client side patterns and practices, and is excited about working on products that will make an impact on our users. The ideal candidate is a modern JavaScript expert, with an understanding of tools, libraries, MVC frameworks, and ReactJS and has a passion for creating clean high quality test driven JavaScript applications. Core Responsibilities You will be responsible for planning and executing the implementation of ReactJS in an existing system along with converting out-of-date jQuery, Prototype, and other JavaScript frameworks. Collaborate and build a scalable, testable, and maintainable architecture. Testing cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility for inconsistencies Write HTML and CSS and work collaboratively with other engineers, product managers, executives, and designers to bring concepts to life. Experience and Skills Required
Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1-3 years developing for the web and/or mobile 1
year of experience working with React.js Excellent JavaScript / CSS / HTML Expert level knowledge of 'Vanilla' JavaScript, commanding knowledge of ESNext (ES6+) Experience building single-page web application that perform and scale well in modern, mobile and legacy browsers. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Extreme attention to detail is required. Strong desire to grow and keep up with the latest trends in front end technology Being humble and open to criticism Bonus Points For:
Strong experience with React, Redux, and Webpack Write re-usable UI components based on design patterns and workflows Experience configuring and using front end build tools and packages managers such as npm, yarn, webpack, gulp Experience with TDD using frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine or Mocha. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
