The Property & Casualty Practice Leader will be responsible for continuous organic revenue growth by leading existing, and attracting new Property& Casualty Producers. The Property & Casualty Practice Leader is responsible for managing a team of Producers focused on capturing new business. This position is managing only and does not have an individual sales quota. The focus is on helping the Producers drive continuous revenue growth. Our Practice Leaders must have strong sales coaching and mentoring skills and have extensive depth of Property & Casualty Commercial Brokerage experience. This is a hands-on, tactical role supporting a team oriented sales process which includes going out on appointments with Producers. Primary
Responsibilities:

Proprietary, real time, interactive intranet-based client solutions o Network:
Vast experienced local resources, networked nationally o Enterprise:
Combining Omni Solutions with the Network for comprehensive results o Drive profitable organic revenue growth through client retention and new business o Partner with local in-house recruiting team to source, recruit, hire and train producers/brokers o Partner with operations team to ensure the highest level of client solutions and satisfaction o Create positive collaboration to drive a robust cross sell process o Run huddle meetings to 1) prepare for new business appointments 2) keep existing clients o Join producers on new business appointments o Ensure producers maintain robust pipelines with quality prospects o Develop positive carrier relationships Key Performance Metrics:
o Simple Net New (SNN):
New business exceeds lost business o Direct contribution margins (controllable within the practice) o Organic revenue growth o Execution of USI One Advantage o Recruiting, hiring and development of team Required Skills:
o 5 -10
years of P&C commercial brokerage experience o 3 - 5
years of sales leadership experience o Track record of successful individual P&C commercial broker sales o Deep knowledge and expertise of commercial P&C o Strong visibility within the P&C community o Proven track record for meeting or exceeding performance targets o Consultative, solutions based selling approach o An executive presence with polished and well developed written and verbal communication skills o Collaborative, passionate, high integrity o Undergraduate degree
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
