Today, Xerox scientists and engineers are continuing our legacy of innovation with disruptive technologies in digital transformation, augmented reality, robotic process automation, additive manufacturing, Industrial Internet of Things and cleantech Chicago Office Technology Group (COTG), a Xerox company, a part of Xerox Business Solutions Midwest, is seeking an entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to lead, coach, inspire and motivate a team of Outside Sales Professionals who are focused on selling hardware, software, and information technology (IT) solutions to named accounts in the downtown Chicago marketplace.
Responsibilities:
Lead, develop and motivate a team of individual contributors to achieve sales team objectives Manage a multi-million-dollar annual budget with double digit growth Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure target sales goals and profit objectives are achieved Plan and implement recurring team meetings and trainings to provide cohesive approach to revenue targets Provides a management-level point of contact for customers and establishes and maintains strong customer rapport Facilitate account development strategies on target accounts to drive net new business Coach and develop strategies to maximize market potential, grow net new business and upsell into current client accounts Manage daily / weekly sales activity by reviewing team performance pipeline and activity Create and foster atmosphere of success with a collaborative and fun environment Oversee and motivate a team of individual contributors Submit accurate forecasts Proactively retain, develop, and recruit sales team members
Qualifications:
Three (3) years or more experience leading a profitable sales team Track record of producing results Strong written and verbal communication Office technology industry experience preferred, not essential
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
