Job Description Summary This position manages and leads a regional team of 2-5 proposal managers and 2-4 graphic designers and is responsible for overseeing and tracking the region's activity as well as ensuring pursuit process compliance and managing quality control for all deliverables. In addition, this role leads regional or global, multi-service pursuits, has a detailed understanding of all Global Occupier Services (GOS) service lines and can help build a bespoke solution that interlinks the various elements of a multi-service account. This role serves as the key liaison coordinating all internal work streams to finalize proposal responses and presentations as well as writes, tracks, and reviews all proposal content with cross-functional business teams. The preferred candidate has experience managing proposal development teams, is proactive and solution oriented, and is comfortable working with teams in a deadline driven environment. Job Description Team Lead Responsibilities Manage a regional team of 2-5 proposal managers and 2-4 graphic designers Manage pipeline for regional team; assign proposal and design resources Provide detailed tracking of all regional deliverables and weekly capacity for team Perform and/or coordinate Red Team Reviews for regional deliverables Ensure pursuit process compliance and quality control of all deliverables Onboard, train, and mentor all new team members for region Coordinate to ensure proper coverage for team PTO and vacations Lead career planning discussions and help enable and support career development plans Senior Proposal Manager Responsibilities Manage the entire proposal and presentation development process ensuring every member of the pursuit team, including sales, subject matter experts, solutions, pricing, and graphic designers know what is expected and when tasks are due Involvement in key client meetings to understand outsourcing objectives; has ability to translate client goals into a tailored solution - Develop strategic messaging, win themes, strategies, and creative design approaches - Create a proposal responsibility matrix and schedule and keep track of proposal progress - Work closely with sales and subject matter experts as solution contributors and/or reviewers - Develop a tailored proposal clearly describing the value of the solution; liaise with subject matter experts as required to contribute to and review the response - Work with sales team and leadership to ensure required approvals at various stages are met - Write Executive Summaries and cover letters - Identify all graphic design needs and engage appropriate design resources - Manage production and on-time electronic and/or hardcopy delivery to clients Write, edit, format, and proof all proposal and presentation deliverables; responsible for conducting red team reviews with team members to ensure high-quality work products Manage the preparation of other deliverables related to the new business opportunity such as presentations and follow-up requests Attend in-person prep sessions and client meetings as required by business development team Support new content development efforts and strategic firm initiatives as needed Leverage past professional experience to identify and introduce process improvements and best practices related to business development and proposal management; champion efforts to ensure all deliverables are aligned with the firm's brand Ensure file setup is in-line with team standard; upload final deliverables to proposal and presentation libraries Perform pursuit close-out activities; work with Knowledge Management to ensure revised and new content is uploaded to content library Support upkeep of content library including improvements to searchability Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on proposals and presentations as required Perform other related duties as required or requested Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred Knowledge & Experience 5-7 years of experience leading teams in bid management environment (real estate or outsourcing preferred) Experience managing or mentoring proposal managers and/or designers is preferred Demonstrated ability to assimilate, coordinate, and respond to global and regional RFIs and RFPs Skills & Personal Qualities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented; strong organizational skills and effective time management Ability to interface with people at all levels of the organization including senior executives and cross-functional and regional teams Ability to work well and thrive under pressure Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat; InDesign and desktop publishing skills are a plus Experience with SharePoint and Salesforce
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Communications & PR, Editorial & Content ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
