What will your day look like? You will be responsible for digital, marketing and operations projects oversight and prioritization, process re-engineering and innovation initiatives. The incumbent will also provide oversight to the team's automation initiatives, performance management, reporting, project deliverables, executive presentations, internal procedures and controls. The Manager will partner with senior leaders in the digital, marketing, operations and member experience functions, and coordinate activities with a broad set of internal and external stakeholder groups to implement enterprise-level and intra-departmental initiatives. The role requires strong project management and relationship building skills, the ability to provide vision as well as proactive, problem-solving skills relating to current and future departmental needs. General direction is received from the SVP, Chief Digital & Marketing Officer. Responsibilities Do you see yourself doing this? Projects & Leadership Support:
Directly and proactively support the digital, marketing and member experience functions on the strategy and delivery of exceptional member experiences and membership growth Ensure that digital, marketing and operations initiatives are fully integrated for leadership commitment, resource allocation and execution to deliver strong member outcomes Provide direct support for initiatives that increase engagement and Net Promoter Score Work with teams across Alliant to generate new ideas and develop business cases for innovative digital solutions for products, services, process, experiences, marketing channels and banking operations Provide thought leadership and industry best practices when corresponding with internal and Third-Party Regulatory agencies Serve as an advisor and consultant for business-driven and automation initiatives, while providing guidance and recommendations for process and procedural efficiencies Develop and produce reports that create insight for action resulting in minimizing department risk and maintaining control and compliance Collaborate with team members to identify processing opportunities and present recommendations to the leadership team Seek innovative solutions and refine digital and operations processes to enhance member experience Support vendor relationships including capabilities assessment, selection, and conversion. Identify continuous improvement opportunities and service efficiency initiatives; recommend solutions, and champion the implementation of agreed upon changes Ensure departmental procedures and controls are current, followed, and aligned with enterprise policy Support the operational implementation of new products and enhancements to existing products/channels by partnering with key stakeholders Provide regular summary of trends related to all department areas, with strategic insights to improve efficiencies Remain abreast of existing products/services, industry product development, as well as state and federal regulation changes/updates Provide recommendations for vendor reviews and insights to drive deeper partnerships Develop materials and presentations for senior management as required, synthesizing/summarizing information from across departments to provide critical information to executives Ensure the right routines and tracking mechanism are in place to follow-through on key decisions and actions emerging from operating routines and discussions Performance Management Leverage data to create actionable insights that drive decision making, and communicate the story clearly and concisely Deliver superior results through quality execution and best practice adaptation Demonstrate courage, ability and agility to understand and address organizational transition in real-time; establish expectations for the unexpected Translate strategic and operating plans into meaningful direction of projects, goals, priorities and activities; delivering on strategy through quality execution and best practice adaptation Capture, analyze, and understand the internal environment, team dynamics, and talent capabilities to address organizational refinement, agility and growth Apply High Performance Management practices in leading an engaged cross-functional team in order to effectively leverage the full potential and talent of this function Help propagate messaging across the organization that fosters a broader knowledge of Digital, Marketing and Operations, promotes collaboration and influences constructive and positive change Adhere to and ensure compliance of all business transactions with policy and process of the Bank Secrecy Act. Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, company procedures and policies. Maintains integrity and ethics in all actions and conversations with or regarding credit union member and their accounts. Complies with Privacy Act directives. Qualifications What makes you a great fit? You'll be a great fit if in addition to the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent required; MBA preferred, and you have:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
