Summary:
The Senior Vice President, Operations is responsible for safety, client relations, employee development, sustainable profitable growth, service delivery excellence, and retention of the client accounts across multiple geographies and/or market segments. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and manages a team of Vice Presidents of Operations with region/market segment responsibility. Additionally, this position collaborates with business development, finance, human resources, safety, legal and other functional staff to achieve region, market segment, and company objectives .
Job Description:
Manage all activities and provide support and direction to management staff. Possess and maintain high visibility and relationships within the C-Suite of both client and target opportunities. Oversee and monitor operations' capability and execution in delivering services to clients in accordance with contractual obligations Oversee and provide support for regional leadership activities for driving improved safety and people development. Monitor and ensure compliance with all internal/external policies and procedures. Ensure 100% client retention by ensuring VPO's are continuously focused on account renewals. Oversee the profit/loss statements (collective/individual) of each region or market segment, monitoring ongoing status and providing substantive corrective actions as needed to maintain/increase targeted financial objectives. Leverage and develop relationships across Cushman & Wakefield to expand the value offerings to clients in brokerage, capital planning, project services and energy management to support enterprise growth. Participate in Quarterly Business Review and Annual Business Review meetings for key customers and engage internal executive leadership participation. Manage the development of regional growth plans in conjunction with Business Development and engage where appropriate on relevant individual pursuits and renewals. Participate in the annual strategic planning and goal setting for C&W Services. Requirements:

years' experience in service industries (i.e. building services, mechanical services, engineering services), 10 years of management experience of multi-state locations Bachelor's degree in business related field or equivalent experience with strong business and financial aptitude, MBA preferred Ability to successfully lead and motivate a large team Ability to build strong and successful relationships with key executive team members Financial analysis, business acumen and computer literacy with knowledge of applicable software packages Previous profit/loss statement ownership experience Understanding of and skills in sales, strategic planning, and operations Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, results driven, and team oriented Excellent organizational abilities Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, senior management and client groups Demonstrate an ability to solve complex problems and deliver a variety of options in complex situations Knowledge and experience in organizational change management and business process outsourcing desired Experience in resource allocation and implementation Must posses an ability to manage projects to accomplish desired outcomes 50%
travel required.
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Process Management, Operations ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
