Responsibilities This position is being published in an effort to build our candidate pipeline for our upcoming opportunities. Related is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential community. The Community Manager is responsible for overall day-to-day operations of the property including the supervision of office and maintenance functions in compliance with all company policies and procedures and all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity, Fair Housing and Human Rights statutes, as well as ensuring each property compliance with all and any applicable program regulations. Re sponsibilities include:
Supervise all marketing, leasing, re cer t ificati on and administrative functions Di re ct oversight of accounts payable/ re ceivable Hi re , train and evaluate all office and maintenance staff Administer site specific programs and ensu re compliance with each applicable agency if applicable. (HDC, HCR, HUD, etc.) Tenant/landlord re lations and conflict re solution Collect security deposits and re nts, and institute proper procedu re s against delinquent accounts Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations P re pa re weekly and monthly re porting Develop and maintain property financial budget Special projects as assigned

years of property management experience Knowledge of Project Based Section 8, LIHTC, and/or other affordable housing programs is p re fer re d. Understanding of Operating Statements and Financial Budgets is a must Comp re hensive understanding of c re dits/debits/ re -classes and accruals Experience with Re al Page, One Site and JD Edwards (or similar softwa re program) P re vious di re ct supervisory experience is re qui re d #EGMW1 If you only meet some of the re qui re ments for this role, that's okay. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Banking, Loans & Insurance, Risk & Quantitative AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
