Global Compensation Partner, Sales Incentive Specialist at PPG Industries in Remote

We are looking for a Global Compensation Partner, Sales Incentive Specialist with extensive experience with sales incentive plan design as well as all around compensation expertise. You work with HR and the business to act as internal consultant to those partners! Are you a problem-solver who thrives in managing critical data and has an investigative nature? If so, read on! Key Responsibilities Apply standard methodologies to assist in developing the policies, programs and plans to determine the right solutions for the organization. Coordinate large scale, global projects that will be used across the enterprise, as well as evaluate current processes to recommend opportunities for harmonization, standardization, enhancement, or improvement. Work closely in cooperation with the Total Rewards Operations team to determine viable solutions in a constantly evolving environment. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required with 10
years of compensation experience and 5
years of direct sales incentive compensation experience; Master's degree preferred. Sophisticated skills in Microsoft Excel; analysis and modeling expertise, experience using a major HRIS ERP solution, (e.g. Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP etc; Workday preferred) Proven analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills required.
