POSITION
Summary:
Office location is flexible throughout Chicagoland. The Executive Recruiter will focus on developing a strategy in support of talent acquisition for Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, Retail, and or Corporate lines of business. This recruiter will develop great working relationships with the business leadership and HR partners in order to align talent pipeline to business needs at all levels and become a trusted partner. Leverage your robust industry connections to proactively identify external talent, along with your strong social networking abilities. Additionally, the successful individual will have proven experience in delivering results by driving innovation and exhibiting subject matter expertise in order to influence hiring decisions. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business related field; or equivalent work experience required Minimum of 10 years full life-cycle recruitment and/or HR experience required working in the Financial services experience highly preferred Experience working with requisitions where the preponderance of candidates are likely passive, which require extensive networking and cold calling to generate applicant flow. Internet savvy and experience using advanced phone and Internet search techniques and sourcing strategies to find passive talent through various channels including social media (Linked-in, Boolean strings, etc.) Understands market trends and emerging technologies Computer literate (Microsoft Office); thorough knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems required Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required Self-starter with excellent time management skills, the ability to multi-task, and a strong sense of urgency and commitment Demonstrated ability to gain credibility and respect of senior level leaders Experience managing or leading enterprise projects and/or initiatives Knowledge of legal regulations related to recruitment practices This position will require local travel to visit assigned branch locations to develop a thorough understanding of client needs and culture Prior experience with behavioral based interview techniques a plus Position may require the need to travel to other branch or meeting locations. Previous leadership experience preferred LI-DF1 DUTIES/
Responsibilities:
Partner strategically with hiring managers to understand business and recruitment needs for current openings and to project future workforce needs Develop and execute progressive integrated recruitment strategies using direct sourcing, industry networking, employee referrals, internet sourcing, minority and trade job fairs and college programs Business development; engage in ongoing passive candidate sourcing and pipeline development activities Recruit, review, qualify and interview prospective exempt and non-exempt quality candidates with a concentration on complex professional and executive level positions; negotiate and extend offers to selected candidates Conduct screening on all internal and external candidates for specific designated roles, including resume screening, telephone interviewing (as needed) and initial competency based face to face interviews Assist in the development of diversity recruitment strategy; will be accountable for AAP Goals and the implementation of strategy tools and processes to increase diversity; support diversity hiring efforts by proactively identifying diverse applicant pools Maintain, process, and update candidate records throughout the interview process in the applicant tracking system and report on applicant data Become active in community events and networking activities that promote First Midwest as an Employer of Choice to build FMB's employment brand and increase the quality candidate pool; ability to attend evening and weekend meetings/events as needed Ensure that recruiting and hiring activities are in compliance with governmental regulations and company policies and procedures This position may have direct reports and management responsibilities including others on the team Participate in Recruitment Meetings to facilitate communication and consistency across regions Management Assist the Employment Manager in the development of recruitment strategies and objectives; works on special reports and projects as assigned Research and recommend recruitment technology to advance the services provided to managers and the organization Negotiate contracts with vendors Train and mentor junior level staff in technical complexities of assigned work Compensation Assist in the analysis and evaluation of exempt and nonexempt positions to ensure consistent and equitable establishment of job worth Assist in the development and maintenance of job descriptions Training Conduct and facilitate DDI Targeted Selection Training for Managers throughout the organization in order to ensure full understanding and consistency of recruiting practices and procedures Manage and maintain the TS Access database which houses all FMB interview guides; responsible for generation of new guides as needed. Assist with facilitation for other management courses including Nuts and Bolts, as needed.
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
