The inventory products (Reporting & analytics (IDC), Boundary modelling, Loss Analysis, Non Productive Inventory& Waste), are critical in delivering against Mondelez's Cash optimization agenda. The role will be responsible for evolving inventory capability products to meet business requirements and user experience. For this, he/she will work with global Supply Chain teams and leverage close partnership with IBS and 3rd parties. This position reports to the Global COE Planning Director and the main customer are the Regional Supply Chain teams. MAIN
Responsibilities:
Engages with, consults, and influences business stakeholders on analytical solutions to solve business problems. Expert in inventory management solution requirements, translating them into functional and non-functional user stories, and quantifying the value/impact of new features for prioritization. Drives the implementation and adoption of inventory products end-to-end and is accountable for their success (adoption, user experience, value creation) over the product life cycle. Collaborates with other planning teams (supply, Demand, S&OE) to ensure integration and delivery of Inventory products. Owns definition, quality and tracking of inventory KPis/PPis to secure expected outcomes Drives Inventory functional capability across Regional Planning Excellence Teams, Train, Coach, Qualify Regional Subject Matter Experts Point of contact, escalation and resolution; 'knocking down' any barriers to success or progress Create a continuous improvement mind-set and provide/validate tools and techniques capabilities for organization self-sufficiency. Foster a benchmark culture across Inventory management Will lead and provide direction to Inventory Product teams after full transition to agile Education / Certifications:
o Bachelor's degree required o Minimum 8 years in supply chain o Minimum 5 years of experience in Planning Processes o Broad functional experience or knowledge of the key processes of Product Management, Demand and/or Supply Management o Ability to interact and communicate effectively with executive management and cross functionally. o Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships o Demonstrated ability to build relationships within across functions, and externally to influence and enable collaborative decision-making and business results o Demonstrated high learning agility and cultural agility in a fast-paced environment Travel requirements:

$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Supply Chain & LogisticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
