Senior Salesforce Lightning Administrator - Remote at Adtalem Global Education in Chicago, IL

In your role as the Senior Systems Analyst, Salesforce Lightning Administrator you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business applications built on the Salesforce.com platform for Adtalem supported institutions. This role focuses on configuration and some code to support the student life cycle. Responsibilities Understand Lightning Component Framework. Build and maintain Lightning Communities. Develop and deploy Lightning Web Components. Provide strategic consulting of best practices, training programs, and the use of CRM applications. Create and customize Salesforce using workflows, process builders, assignment rules and validation rules and identify areas where code would be needed - all while employing Salesforce and client best practices. Adhere to standards relating to system upgrades, releases, and change control processes. Respond to issues, change requests, and other administrative needs of Salesforce.com community users. Gather Lightning community business requirements and translate them into Salesforce changes and enhancements. Develop system documentation and SFDC policies/procedures. Train users on system functionality and new features. Create and maintain reports and dashboards. Drive CRM Lightning community roadmap and enhancements to ensure they meet the strategic goals of the business. Maintain sandbox environments used for testing and training. Continuously improve Salesforce.com skills through professional development. Completes other duties as assigned. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Below are the minimum requirements of the education, experience, knowledge, and skills required to competently perform in this position. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required, Master's degree is a plus. Minimum 8 years experience with various operating environments, toolsets, and methodologies. Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Builder certifications are required. Lightning Community and Lightning Web Component experience required. 5 - 7 years' experience with Salesforce.com required. Knowledge of Salesforce programming languages such as Apex and Visualforce as well as Lightning Components. Proven ability to examine processes, identify and implement efficiencies. Comfortable with complementary tools and add-ins, such as:
Apex Data Loader, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein/Wave Analytics, Pardot, DocuSign and other popular appexchange products. ERP experience helpful Work in an agile environment and work across multiple projects if needed. Good understanding of how and when to use out of the box Salesforce.com lead assignment rules and when to use custom code for lead assignment. Ability to translate high level business requirements into Salesforce.com implementation requirements and design. Professional experience in a test-driven and formal QA development environment, including development/staging/production (or similar) deployment cycles.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
System & Network AdministrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
