Compensation and HRIS Manager


Responsibilities:
Compensation Working with the Vice President and Director, establish short- and long-term strategic initiatives related to compensation policy development in the areas of structure, annual salary reviews, on-going salary administration, and compensation issues. Manage the design, analysis and administration of compensation and incentive programs through consistent yet flexible execution of compensation related policies, procedures and guidelines. Provide guidance to management on total compensation issues. Benchmark, research and analyze market data and make recommendations. Identify survey participation activities, perform ongoing reporting and analysis; prepare special studies and prepare recommendation. Conduct and lead analyses of compensation programs in order to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of the organization's compensation practices. Prepare relevant market data and analysis in support of job evaluation. HRIS Manage HRIS Projects, including system design modification and implementation. Evaluate HRIS organizational needs and ensures existing system meets changing institutional requirements. Partner closely with HR colleagues, HRIS vendors, and Payroll to ensure that systems are effectively meeting the needs of the HR team and Company, are compliant within the Company's IT infrastructure. Use HR reporting tools to view, track and compare HR data & metrics. Research, identify and report on key trends, metrics and HR data. Provides end-users with standard and ad-hoc reporting tools; Leverage existing/available technologies and data to enhance HR data and reporting
Qualifications:
BS/BA Degree in Human Resources or Business 5 to 6 years compensation and HR systems related experience Experience with ADP Workforce now Proven ability to successfully design compensation programs Ability to work with teammembers of all levels within the organziation Experience utilizing compensation surveys, managing multiple incentive programs, and HRIS modules, including implementation Experience with report writing tools Strong analytical skills Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically as an Excel power user Strong verbal and written communication skills Legally eligible for employment in the United States without sponsorship Regular, predictable in-person full-time attendance is an essential function of this position.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Compensation & BenefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
