Responsibilities:
Under minimal direction, this position is responsible for employee recruitment activities including sourcing for open positions, interviewing candidates, working with hiring managers to facilitate hiring decisions, negotiating salary offers, and facilitating the new-hire process. Strong sourcing, executive presence, independence, influence and consulting skills will be critical for success. Responsibilities Partners with key stakeholders to develop effective hiring objectives and sourcing strategies for a range of business units Recruits for mid-level, management, through Senior Director level positions Facilitates and leads the hiring process by conducting thorough intake and debrief meetings Follows through on qualified resumes and applications received to ensure that proper correspondence is sent to applicants; maintains resume and application database Carefully assesses job candidates' past performance, skills, knowledge, and attributes as predictors of job success Administers, understands, and utilizes the results of approved and validated pre-employment assessments to inform hiring decisions Develops and maintains a network of outside contacts including recruiters, agencies, and professional organizations in order to help identify and source qualified passive candidates Follows up with interviewed candidates and candidates that are not selected and provides rationale to ensure a good candidate experience Ensures early alignment of compensation expectations, effectively explains our total rewards package (base salary, bonus structure, equity, benefits, etc.), and negotiates and extends offers of employment to selected candidates Participates in committees and meetings as assigned Completes other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or other related discipline required At least 8 years of consultative recruiting experience with in-house/corporate experience; executive search experience a plus Excellent communication, organizational, influence, and interpersonal skills Can effectively lead and drive the hiring process in a fast paced, matrix environment Excellent sourcing capabilities; has a wide network and is comfortable reaching into other organizations to acquire the best talent Experience working with and influencing senior level leaders Strong negotiation skills required Must have a working knowledge of recruiting policies and practices Experience working with a candidate database or ATS required (i.e. iCIMS, Taleo, etc.) Experience with TA technologies and tools (CRM, ATS, A.I. Scheduling & Sourcing tools, Job Boards, etc.). Demonstrated experience building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Experience in Internet research, candidate mining, Boolean search, etc. Experience utilizing innovative sourcing/recruitment techniques to recruit passive candidates.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
