Strategic Content Marketing Manager: Prospecting/Lead Gen/Win-back

The Strategic Content Marketing Manager manages the strategic development and implementation of the company's lead generation, prospecting and win-back communications. Responsible for determining a comprehensive touchpoint strategy to target this segment of potential customers and working cross-functionally to execute the proposed plans. Develop prospecting/lead generation and win-back program strategy, including implementation plans and content needs across various delivery and response channels, including email, SMS/MMS, web, telemarketing, paid media and direct mail Lead ongoing calibration sessions with cross-functional sales and marketing partners to align on lead quality, appropriate scoring and pass-through timing Work with cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies to develop content assets that support lead gen/prospecting, win-back and the nurturing of those campaigns Establish key performance metrics for the lead generation/prospecting and win-back programs and work with campaign analysts to conduct regular analyses of campaign effectiveness; conversion rates of marketing leads/prospects/lapsed customers Understand company's segmentation breakdown and create a plan of curated content and channel plans appropriate for each specific segment Ensures all content adheres to overall brand voice and company's value proposition Champion strategic, process or content improvements with business partners and take action and/or influence continuous improvements as appropriate Write, present and gain alignment to integrated advertising input briefs that deliver on the strategic and communications objective for lead gen/prospecting and win-back campaigns Create an annual plan of key communications across channels and include reporting and optimizations schedules Work with Consumer Insights to craft research questions to evaluate different advertising creative concepts and apply quantitative and qualitative research insights to said campaigns Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, related discipline, or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and executing marketing campaigns Leadership of several marketing programs, which have included email marketing, landing page customization and A/B testing and optimization based on performance Strong analytics background:
ability to use data to drive decision-making required Experience writing briefs and providing feedback to agency/creative partners to create content that adheres to the overall strategy and segmentation targeting Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners within a highly matrixed organization required Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively required - must be comfortable with conveying complex ideas simply and also scaling up findings and recommendations for leadership alignment Proactive problem-solver; self-motivated and goal-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines Strategic thinker Exceptional project management and organizational skills Ability to work in a team oriented environment a must PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working in Adobe Experience Manager or Adobe Campaign Manager High tech, telecommunications or related industry experience preferred
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
