Channel Logistics Manager

OVERVIEW / SUMMARY This role is responsible for engaging with the multiple sales channel teams to deliver a portfolio of available products, insourced and outsourced, for new and current sales channel teams. Manages the performance of product availability, forecast distribution, product delivery, and improving internal stakeholder experiences. Delivering strategic and tactical plans to optimize device utilization for the channel go-to-market initiatives. Enabling delivery of product within tight timeframes to ensure subscriber and customer growth and best in class customer service. This role will also drive ideation of system enhancements and Supplier partnerships to ensure product continuity and provide ownership and collaboration for support and management of unique projects. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Leads design and implementation of strategic plans for the creation, maintenance and improvement of channel requirements, procedures, and systems Works cross functionally with Marketing, COSI, Brand, Legal to enhance a B2B / B2G and retail channel certified pre-owned product offering. Provides ownership and collaboration for support and management of unique projects and programs supporting nonsubscriber customers such as charitable organizations and other educational endeavors that are supported by USCC. Develops channel-based metrics to measure and monitor performance levels. Collaborates cross-functionally with the Enterprise Sales and Operations teams and Logistics Strategy & Analytics to ensure support of go to market activities and initiatives. Monthly communications of Channel products and programs success. Serves as point of contact and subject matter expert for logistics channel engagements; leads and coordinates the evaluation and resolution of product availability and delivery issues. Represents Logistics for the assigned channel(s) on various project teams. Works with the Logistics Strategy & Analytics manager to ensure proper ROI for the specific business channel initiatives. Provides voice of channel for in demand products to support new growth opportunities. Creates and delivers channel device performance reporting/presentations to support the business needs of executive-level, channel leaders and other key stakeholders. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 5
years of professional experience in sales or service organizations Knowledge of operational performance standards and metrics Strong business and financial acumen Demonstrated project management experience Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, to a variety of audiences Ability to lead others in achievement of a business objectives within an ever changing and fast paced environment Skilled in effective listening, influencing, negotiating and leading others through change Advanced experience with Windows based PCs and MS Office Suite Travel and field visibility required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS MBA or MS in Business Process Management preferred Wireless industry experience preferred Experience with continuous improvement programs and methodologies Experience with call center systems and performance metrics
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Supply Chain & LogisticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
