Dir Channel Supply Chain Planning

Responsible for accurate & highly efficient processing of products throughout the operation & for all sales channels serviced. Oversee planning & S&OP capability (forecasting and inventory) requirements. Partner with all channels to develop, design and implement rigorous processes and activities for the forecasting, planning and analysis of products/materials. Accountable for the execution of the channel level weekly planning & forecasting process (Consensus Demand Plan). Enhance process & technological capabilities around Business Planning and Reconciliation, Demand Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Management, Replenishment & Assortment Planning. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Track colocation applications and implement process quality measures. Develop, analyze, and communicate weekly, monthly, quarterly, & annual unit & value forecasts Identify & analyze sales trends and influencing variables and incorporate analysis in forecasting, inventory planning, and safety stock processes. Align strategic direction of the Supply Chain Group to USCC's strategy; establish the strategic intent and vision for the Planning organization. Ensure organization acceptance and collaboration with the supply chain planning and S&OP process. Regularly interact with the field to understand and meet/exceed service requirements Gather commercial input by exception from the retail & sales, marketing and field locations and incorporate into the sales forecast the statistical forecast and review Ensure the integration of the supply chain planning function into the overall business planning and monitoring process. Design & propose change initiatives required to address current and future business needs Incorporate product lifecycle changes (new, substitution or discontinued) into forecasting and inventory planning analysis Generate opportunities for collaborative planning with internal business partners, suppliers and customers Develop, monitor and publish the key performance metrics for the Planning organization Develop periodic budgets and operational plans as required by corporate policy Demonstrate meaningful and valuable business results through the application of best practices Develop and execute a comprehensive logistics and distribution strategic plan which will drive optimal customer service and profitability Determine the most effective process to optimize supply-line. Ensure the levels of inventory available are consistent with the financial and service needs of the customer and the company Design inventory, fulfillment and reverse logistics processes and policies for online, agent and company-owned distribution channels MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or similar discipline. Minimum ten (10) years progressively responsible experience within Supply Chain Management, particularly within demand planning and forecasting At least five (5) years serving in a leadership role. Prior experience in using a collaborative forecasting toll in supply chain management operations. Experience in managing end of life cycle and absolute inventory Knowledge of key inventory performance metrics, turns, margin contributions, etc. Demonstrated experience in leading strategy Demonstrated ability of managing cost performance, supply/demand forecasting & distribution execution across product lines from multiple sources Experience with development and use of variable budgets; familiar with basic accounting principles Capacity to build relationships internally & externally Strong analytical, financial & P&L skills. Strong analytical and modeling skills coupled with the ability to interpret complex data in meaningful and relevant ways (e.g., budget preparation, revenue forecasting) In depth knowledge of key supply chain/logistics processes & current best practices. Ability to transform current business model to a modern supply chain, building end to end supply chain. Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience in supply chain technology and processes such as SAP, RedPrairie, Manugistics, JIT, ERP, etc. Ability to travel as needed. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred APICS designation preferred. Communications and retail business background preferred
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Supply Chain & LogisticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
