Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy

Crafts the vision and strategy for the offers relative to our goals and the competitive marketplace, for sizing the opportunities and costs, and for gaining executive alignment per standard approval processes in order to implement the concepts into service offerings, go-to-market strategies, plan constructs and promotional offers. Plays a key role in the design and development of value propositions and strategies for areas of assigned responsibility that drive over a million new activations and over $4B in topline revenue annually. Leads a team that will gather information and assess opportunities by working closely and collaboratively with Business Strategy, Promotions, Insights, Product and Device Marketing, Digital and Brand. Lead the efforts to effectively champion the need for change, the potential results and impacts of those changes, and help to communicate, position, and navigate changes being made with both internalOSC teams as well as field leaders and associates Ensure all strategic recommendations are consistent and integrated with target customer needs, our brand positioning, and our overall marketing and channel strategies. Develop and maintain competitive awareness of rate plans, handsets, products & services by market geography and channel. Provide fast and accurate competitive, consumer, and/or scenario analysis to assess potential opportunities/threats and provide recommendations that address potential subscriber or financial results gaps Contributes to quarterly marketing/brand planning process with strategic insights and high-level objectives Effectively lead, inspire, and develop a high performance team to achieve the overall company goals. Demonstrate leadership and influence with senior management and key stakeholders across enterprise, leveraging that credibility to streamline decision-making and efficiently achieve buy-in for new concepts and strategies. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 10 years' experience in strategic marketing, managing products, pricing and/or promotional marketing offer development and execution. Strong organization and management skills. Demonstrated strength in building capacity and team growth and development. Passion for building customer value and supporting front line associates. Significant experience leading cross-functional development teams and large-scale initiatives; ability to lead cross-functional team and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrated across multiple levels of an organization. Driven, analytic and strategic minded Marketer who has demonstrated the ability to navigate significant competitive pressures and has had success in delivering results in a dynamic environment serving multiple business needs. Proven leader with outstanding communication and facilitation skills who can champion highly visible projects that impact the direction and performance of the entire company. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Marketing Research & AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
