Sr Manager, Device Initiatives Project Management

Leads a team of project and product marketing managers focused on the go-to-market and launch activities of new Device (product) introductions. Acts as the overall owner of device technical product launches and marketing initiatives. This role is accountable for maximizing support services while simultaneously minimizing risks and reducing costs through effective forecasting of resources, planning, and implementing and continuously improving systems and processes. For major enterprise initiatives, will be the engagement lead for the device team to achieve business objectives, while managing scope, timelines and budget of the device related aspects of the project. Responsible for defining and executing the overall go-to-market processes and procedures required to effectively launch a new Device (product) in the marketplace Responsible for the overall attainment of successful Device certifications Responsible for the overall go-to-market marketing communications (training, advocacy programs, technical specification sheets, internal and external marketing collateral, sales contests & initiatives) Responsible for interfacing with key external vendors (OEMs) to ensure smooth, seamless go-to-market deployments that complement the external vendors' plans Provides leadership, coaching, and guidance on a continuous basis to team members in the areas of leadership, communication, stakeholder management, project lifecycle, marketing, operating procedures, processes and practices Work with project team and subject matter experts to identify, analyze, monitor and respond to issues and risks associated with the project to ensure ability to achieve expected outcomes, on time and within budget. Communicate project status to team, business owners and others as appropriate throughout the duration of the assignment and post implementation to make certain all impacted stakeholders have an understanding of risks, issues, major decisions and activities related to the project. May be required to present to executive leaders or committees. Drive continuous improvement in department processes and methodologies. Participate, as needed, in pre-initiation product delivery stages to manage activities related to the assessment and prioritization of new product ideas. Initiates, develops, and manages strong partnerships with key stakeholders (internal and external) at all levels in the organization, including senior leaders to ensure successful outcomes of projects, compliance and development of standards of excellence Leads effort to develop criteria and manage the resource allocation of team members to support systems, processes and projects to maximize service levels, minimize total cost, reduce business risk and attain company strategic initiatives Champions change management efforts for enterprise initiatives to ensure the successful implementation and long term sustainability of the project effort Minimum of 7 years plus experience in marketing, operations, audit/finance, I.S., engineering or sales. At least three years project management or comparable experience required. Minimum of 3 years' experience managing teams Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Audit/Accounting, Finance, Engineering or equivalent practical experience. High level of organization and planning skills and attention to detail. Experience leading cross-functional teams and large scale organization initiatives, including with outside vendors Ability to effectively prioritize team resources to achieve business goals, and to motivate employees to grow and achieve results Strong interpersonal skills and experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve objectives. Ability to solve problems and facilitate effective decision making through analytics, reasoning and collaboration. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including speaking in front of small and large groups. Ability to understand interconnections between projects as well as business operations. Ability to self-start, work independently and be versatile in a dynamic environment. Advanced experience with standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Telecom and/or product experience preferred. MBA or Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Business Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
