Identity Management Developer

Develop Java code for reporting and role management. Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts. Implement new code into UAT and Production systems. Lead and participate in projects that include project resources to achieve project objectives. Identify and communicate high-level gaps and issues in primary functional areas. Create and implement when rolling out new provisioning and role/group management. Develop the creation process of new audit reports, templates, ad-hoc and will run current audit reports for SOX, PCI, and CPNI for specific applications. Monitor delivery against SLAs and address exceptions to management. Lead a part of the project including project resources to achieve project objectives. Identify risks and issues and will develop recommendations that address significant risks and issues. Process directory account object provisioning, changes and deletes and will manage account permissions via role based access control (RBAC) best practices. Complete monthly and quarterly compliancy and access control auditing. Champion problem management best practices, drive root cause resolution and reduce future incidents. Partner with technical teams on complex issues. Participate in the on-call rotation. Requirements:
The position of Identity Management Developer requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT, Math or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience. In the alternative, employer will accept a Masters degree or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT, Math or a related field and one (1) year of related work experience. Specific Skills or Other Requirements:
Additionally, the applicant must have:
1. Experience with Sailpoint governance including developing new access governance reports, developing new access certifications and executing access certification campaigns; 2. Experience with Sailpoint provisioning including developing new identity provisioning workflows to various platforms including Active Directory, eDirectory and Ping Identity and developing new access provisioning workflows; 3. Sailpoint IIQService management experience; 4. Experience with Java coding; 5. Experience with Beanshell coding; and 6. Active Directory experience.
