Job Description Overview:
The Web Analytics Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of data driven solutions for improving marketing performance and the understanding of consumer insights. With a focus on the development of client analytic strategies and the development of frameworks and methods across the practice. The Manager will work agency teams and partners through the transformation of digital marketing strategies and operationalization of key functions, balancing learning and innovation with efficiency and automation. This role must be able to solve business issues through data, creativity and human-insights. Hands-experience with enterprise web analytics suites, such as Adobe or Google Analytics, and the corresponding tools and skills for further data analysis, testing and proper measurement will be at the core of your role. They should be able to contribute in cultivating and growing the analytics teams and build/form relationship with various key stakeholders. Role Objectives:
Account Management Provide strategic leadership to client stakeholders and partners to design, prioritize and execute strategic projects to improve marketing investment and improvement of analytical maturity Lead development of web analytics solutions to address prospects business and marketing needs Work as part of a cross-functional team, developing integrated marketing solutions to improve marketing performance Manage and/or mentor resources across defined client portfolio Team Leadership & Development Manages and/or mentors Senior Analysts and Analytics Participate in talent recruiting and retention efforts Establish expectations and goals for team on performance marketing thought leadership Contribute in developing and refining analytics team's vision and annual objectives Practice Development Utilize web analytics and digital optimization skills to support and grow engagements using tenets of digital analytics Drive the use of analytics forward thinking across the organization and help build out the web analytics practice Enhance and improve formal frameworks and methods to address client and industry strategies including the integration of digital media and customer analytics to increase performance Collaboration across a broad range of agency stakeholders including business intelligence, media, content, engineering, planning in the development and refinement of capabilities. Identify new trends, technologies and solutions in the marketplace and Performics around digital marketing and develop of business plans to address industry needs Qualifications 4
years of experience in interactive marketing or business consulting using data and information to drive marketing recommendations 2-3 years of client facing /consulting experience Degree in marketing or quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, or economics. MBA or Advanced Degree a plus Expertise with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools (variables, events, segments, dimensions, custom queries, etc.), and tag management tools (e.g. GTM, DTM, etc.) Expertise in analyzing and reporting data from Web Analytics platforms Proven leadership ability and strong, impactful client relationship experience Extensive digital expertise including digital measurement and associated data and technology platforms Strong knowledge of one or more analytics disciplines including CRM, Predictive Modeling, Marketing Mix Modeling and Attribution, Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing, and DMPs Excellent communication skills including the ability to influence decision makers within agencies and clients Excel in conveying technical and complicated statistics concepts to non-technical audiences Able to demonstrate thought leadership around performance marketing and data-driven strategy. Deep understanding of how to use digital media and emerging channels to drive customer acquisition and retention Actively participate and evolve the value proposition of the analytics services within and cross agency A Few Nice to Have
Qualifications:
Experience with relevant analysis languages such as R, SQL, etc. Experience connecting data sets with APIs to enhance data analysis More advanced, statistical analysis techniques and data analysis
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business Intelligence & AnalyticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
