Job Description The Senior Vice President of Performance Media (SVP) has ultimate accountability for the effectiveness of the entire Performance Media team. As a performance media expert, this person will have expertise in an array of addressable paid advertising strategies that utilizes programmatic buying and optimization tools to positively affect our client's ROI including search, display, social, mobile, local, and video. This person should also understand the interplay and synergy between traditional and digital media and have the ability to build and scale an integrated team of performance practitioners and media planners. With their unique understanding of the broader traditional and digital media space, the SVP will be expected to closely collaborate with our Analytics, Planning, Performance Content, and Client Leadership teams to drive seamless integration of planning and execution of a holistic performance plan for our clients. The Senior Vice President will serve as a member of the U.S. leadership team, helping to drive overall agency business and working to shape the future success. Role Objectives:
Agency Leadership Ultimate responsibility for the execution of the client campaigns with operational excellence and relentless pursuit of performance with the across all Performics shared services Work collaboratively with other agency leaders to improve the overall quality and success of the agency Communicates efforts, wins and any other information appropriately to Executive team; helps ensure Performance Media strategic vision and work is understood and visible to the industry, the clients and the broader agency Merchandise Performics brand via blog posts, case studies, and speaking engagements Establish positioning strategy for all media products focusing on personalization and programmatic strategies Collaborate with other agency leaders to improve the overall quality and success of the agency Lead the relationship with the industry partners and build strong collaboration and leadership in the media space Practice Development Continually innovate and improve the agency's media practice Identify and develop product adjacencies to grow business and retain clients across all Performics services Facilitate and support integration across all our departments to ensure planning and operational alignment Establish and maintain the highest levels of executional excellence in the Performance Media team Team Leadership & Development Aggressively build and develop of the Performance Media team Drive a culture based on teamwork, collaboration with accountability and intellectual curiosity Manage and coach VP and Director level team members, working to drive client business objectives and the strategic vision of Performics Owns the hiring, training, and mentoring of senior level talent within the Performance Media team Conducts performance reviews and career path plans for direct reports Design a scalable service model that maintains consistency of methods and standards Evolve the vision and direction of the team Hire and develop the best people and create a work environment that increases productivity and effectiveness Process Improvement Manage the Operations team to support all the agency teams Continuous improvement and implementation of practices, processes and tools that drive client satisfaction and innovation Work with the VP's, GMD's and Operations Directors to monitor overall operational model and create constant efficiency New Business Serves as strategic business lead in appropriate business development opportunities Contributes to prospecting through personal and professional network Qualifications Bachelor's degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred; MBA or Master's degree is a plus 12
years of progressive levels of responsibility in media planning, buying, leadership and management 8
years of demonstrated success in managing and leading people Proven experience in delivering clear, strategic presentations to C-level marketing executives Experience in managing an organization Demonstrated understanding of online marketing principles Able to work independently and balance multiple tasks
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
