In this role, you will plan, execute and integrate a range of communications activities including content development, publishing, measurement and other operations in coordination with other teams and stakeholders both internal and external. You also plan and execute Public and Government Affairs activities to advocate for Mondelez International's interests and coordinate a range of related transactions or communications with the public and government officials. How you will contribute You will develop strategy and implement internal communication processes and deliver results in your area of expertise. You will work with internal cross-functional teams to protect and strengthen the company and brands' reputation by developing content and managing related communications channels. In addition, you will support the HQ management communications, provide counsel to functions to ensure alignment, and develop content for employee engagement. The role will focus entirely on global internal communications, and will:
Be a key member of the global Newsroom Team and Culture Community of Practice Drive culture content for global channels and partner with key leaders and subject matters experts on the following areas that propel our culture and reputation:
Performance management and Global brand and marketing stories Be the channel owner for:
Global e-newsletter, pop-ups, HQ Yammer and other tools What extra ingredients you will bring:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Communications & PREstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
