Field Operations Specialist

The Role As part of the North America (NA) Business Support Team, this role will provide daily operational support to regional and local leadership, field office colleagues, and learning and development team members in all aspects of technology and process implementation and adoption. This is a fully remote position. Note:

Principal Duties/Responsibilities Collaborate and partner with the entire NA Business Support Team to provide issue identification and escalation for resolution. Support and drive implementation and adoption of projects and initiatives within assigned region and markets. Work closely with Regional Operating Officers, Primary Directors of Operation, Directors of Operations and team leaders within assigned market to support ongoing operations as well as projects and initiatives. Attend regularly scheduled Operations meetings within assigned region and contribute information relevant to data integrity, operational support and other projects underway. Assist in onboarding new hires and provide initial introduction to tools and processes in advance of NHL. Provide data and feedback to local and regional management to drive adoption of systems and processes. Drive data integrity within assigned region. Work with leadership team to identify and resolve training needs within the region. Partner with L&D to participate in and provide feedback on training. Provide support and guidance to Business Champions. Perform system troubleshooting and liaise between Retail Office and IT Support as needed. The Requirements Experience Technical insurance industry knowledge, minimum 5 years of experience Training or information systems related to client service and broking Knowledge of agency management systems Experience of large and complex projects and track record of implementation support Knowledge of process mapping, automation and technologies Experience and knowledge of working in a global services organisation Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate well at all levels, delivery to suit audience Ability to structure, analyse and present ideas and data, as well as resolve problems Skills and Attributes Strong communication skills written, verbal, and presentation Software and hardware technology and systems, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Aptitude to assess, suggest, and apply business processes and technology effectively Process, operations management and organisation design orientated, an organiser with strong planning ability and attention to detail A strong personal desire to achieve excellence Personal drive to achieve significant change in relatively short periods of time Excellent stakeholder management WTW may be subject to mandatory employment-related COVID-19 vaccination requirements. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
