Mobility Consultant
o Manage a mobility program and build incredible experiences during these transition periods for employees who are relocating to and/or outside North America. o Act as an internal auditor to all practices, procedures and policies related to mobility and immigration and ensure alignment as per legal guidance and requirements o Identify areas of opportunity within our current mobility and immigration process and level-up the overall experience for employees and managers who are supporting the transitions. o Partner with the HRBP Teams, Talent Partners, legal and other stakeholders (internally and externally) to ensure immigration & mobility processes are delivered seamlessly. o Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to navigate the complex legal and government regulations to provide a seamless experience o Participate in various departments projects and initiatives for enhanced operational efficiency and to create an optimized employee experience Skills:
o Minimum 3-5 years of Global Mobility experience as an in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. o Specific experience with North America immigration o Strong communication skills to be able to respond to employee / business/ respective stakeholders queries within 24 o Strong proficiency with the MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. o Excellent time-management skills, accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
