Mobility Consultant

o Manage a mobility program and build incredible experiences during these transition periods for employees who are relocating to and/or outside North America. o Act as an internal auditor to all practices, procedures and policies related to mobility and immigration and ensure alignment as per legal guidance and requirements o Identify areas of opportunity within our current mobility and immigration process and level-up the overall experience for employees and managers who are supporting the transitions. o Partner with the HRBP Teams, Talent Partners, legal and other stakeholders (internally and externally) to ensure immigration & mobility processes are delivered seamlessly. o Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to navigate the complex legal and government regulations to provide a seamless experience o Participate in various departments projects and initiatives for enhanced operational efficiency and to create an optimized employee experience Skills:
o Minimum 3-5 years of Global Mobility experience as an in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. o Specific experience with North America immigration o Strong communication skills to be able to respond to employee / business/ respective stakeholders queries within 24 o Strong proficiency with the MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. o Excellent time-management skills, accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
