We are seeking a:
HELP DESK Technician Primary responsibilities include:
Deploy new computers Create, maintain, and delete user accounts as needed Troubleshoot desktop hardware and software issues Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot issues with peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.
) Answer/assist with basic user how to questions (how to add signature to Outlook) Provide remote and on-site support to clients Document all work performed in ticketing system Good communications skills and personality Enjoy a fast paced work environment Strong documentation skill; all work needs to be promptly and clearly documented Car/Driver's License Able to lift to 50lbs (printers, computers, servers etc.
) Requirements:
at least one industry certification (A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft) associate degree in computer science (bachelor's degree preferred), one year of relevant experience, ability to work independently and as a team member, exceptional communication skills, and outstanding customer service skills.
This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday) with a starting base of $45K (depending on level of experience), with a generous benefit package.
A background check and clean DMV report are required.
Candidates must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel 20% of the time.
