8K - $102K a year Belmont Village Lincoln Park- Director of Resident Care Services / Director of Nursing (RN) Belmont Village Lincoln Park is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Resident Care Services to manage a team of caregivers and licensed nurses in our beautiful Assisted Living & Memory Care community.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Responsible for overall compliance of clinical services & programs including accuracy of medication administration.
Works collaboratively and facilitates communication with physician offices, ancillary services, responsible parties and internal care teams to deliver quality resident care.
Works collaboratively to complete timely resident assessments and to develop & initiate the Care & Service Plan Supports and assists in day-to-day care and clinical needs as needed Conducts interviewing & hiring, evaluates employee performance, provides coaching and employee training, and delegates assignments for all direct reports.
REQUIREMENTS Current and valid IL RN license preferred, IL LPN license accepted Minimum two years nursing managerial experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Assisted Living (AL) , Memory Care (ALZ) or Senior Living community.
Successful demonstration of exceptional organizational, communication, & customer service skills Ability to work flexible schedules in 24 hour operation including weekends as needed WE CARE ABOUT YOU!
