They are in the process of rapid growth and looking for an ITSM Analyst who will work heavily on establishing best practices for an ever-evolving technical environment.
This resource will join the company amidst a major acquisition and will work with business and IT teams to evaluate and re-calibrate best practices for IT crisis management in the large-scale manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Drive several projects simultaneously, keeping up to date progress reports on each for upper management Evaluate existing ITSM environment with focus on process and policy and improvement and efficiency Apply a continuous improvement approach in enhancing the strategies employed in technology spending, as well as in tracking company assets Consistently Report on all IT Operations metrics and application performance on various reporting platforms across levels of the organization.
Provide KPI/Metric information and standardized reporting on a scheduled basis Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning configuration management Identification of resources across company, departmental, geographical and responsibilities Mapping of critical business functions within ServiceNow Facilitate improvements in the use of ServiceNow across IT and Business, as well as help, enforce consistent ITIL practices Support release schedules for various patching and change requests along with coordinating testing activities across various team Drive IT Change Management efforts and various IT policies and procedures documentation and adherence.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in IT operations & service delivery experience required.
Must have experience with ServiceNow Must have high energy, confidence, adaptability, and be an effective communicator while supporting users Must have experience driving communication and information discovery sessions.
Understanding the value add of leveraging business relationships 2
years of practicing ITIL processes 5
years of utilizing ITSM tools and technologies such as ServiceNow, ITIL certification is a plus Experience implementing best practices around change management and service management practices 2
years of understanding of IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS cloud technology and applications a plus Demonstrated effective experience in working with Agile and Scrum teams Job Type:
