The Manager of Provider Services Program Delivery at Optum will support the execution of key initiatives for the Provider Services teamThey will work across teams and vendor partners to manage the implementation and operationalization of new financial services productsThe role involves developing and maintaining relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring key milestones are metThe Manager will also provide subject matter expertise, track metrics and goals, and collaborate with team and leadersThe required qualifications include a BA/BS degree, execution management experience, healthcare experience, and proficiency in MS OfficePreferred qualifications include leadership experience, project management certification, and market and industry knowledgeThe salary range for residents of certain states is $85,000 to $167,300.
