Qualifying program participants will be connected to the opportunity for a full-time temp to hire position.

Essential Functions:
Production Prepare and package meals according to recipe specifications Assist in recipe formulation, preparation of labels and corresponding documentation Assist with monitoring and documentation of HACCP procedures and other mandatory compliance guidelines Assist with product ordering and inventory control Assist with data entry in menu scheduling application; including the entry of meal components, portion size and ingredient information QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen Strong verbal and written communications skills Working knowledge of food-cost and inventory control Food Service Sanitation Certification (City and State) or ability to pass test for certification Must be organized and detail-oriented Ability to take direction and feedback Ability to push, pull and lift equipment and food containers that weigh up to 50 pounds Ability to communicate with vendors Invest in your future.
