K9 Compliance Manager

POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for overseeing all aspects of training and compliance for assigned programs to include Contract & Regulatory Compliance for TSA and commercial regulated entities.
RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct training, orientation, management, audits, and oversight for assigned Screeners and Screener Supervisors.
Pass and maintain Initial and Annual TSA Required Training and Testing for Physical Screening, X-Ray and Explosives Trace Detection (ETD).
Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TSA Regulated Cargo Screening.
Provide alternate relief for Screener as the operation dictates.
Assist operation and customers in ensuring compliance with all company process flows to include contracts, internal controls, and regulatory.
Provide direct support in carrying out efforts in ensuring compliance with all company contractual and regulatory requirements.
Create and implement best practices in business ethics and innovative approaches to enhance the company's internal control programs that respond to contractual, legal, financial, and human resource compliance issues.
Ensure that Corporate Compliance appropriately supports all aspects of applicable internal controls and external regulatory examinations.
Manage the Compliance Program Process to ensure that all compliance process flows remain current, accurate, and complete.
Assist in systems development efforts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and basic internal controls.
Assist with the successful mobilization, sustainment, and advancement of operational teams and services.
Establish various compliance tools, and then assess, monitor, and report on data pulled from these compliance monitoring tools and report out as applicable.
Conduct assessments and audits regarding compliance with contract and regulatory requirements, and report as applicable.
Identify and implement key internal controls, the responsible control owners, requirements, and any need to remediate control gaps.
Internal Control Monitoring - help continuously conduct internal reviews of compliance with regulatory and contract requirements throughout the contract life cycle.
Work with assigned Handlers, Supervisors, Regional Managers, Program Management Staff to identify issues, create compliant efficiencies, and resolve issues.
Perform training, audits and administrative deliverables as required for assigned Canine Screeners.
Manage, supervise, and coordinate post assignments and schedules for canine handlers, to include vacation relief that ensure required staffing coverage Provide all aspects of compliance management for the assigned programs Schedule and conduct reoccurring training for recertification's and remedial, sustainment, and advancement training Responsible for submitting and maintaining reoccurring compliance records and administrative reports Develop and follow established operational and training protocols and standard operating procedures Responsible for supervision of assigned operational staff throughout North America Communicate within external and internal stakeholders and pro-actively implement solutions for tasks Must maintain all job-related certifications and required security clearances Must be willing to operate company vehicle Travel of up to 35%
to contract locations nation-wide Must work flexible shifts, which may include a combination of hours and locations throughout a 24hr period 7 days a week within your assigned area of operation Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS U.

Citizenship is required Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with major course study in business administration, the social sciences or other related field Experience in developing, reviewing and monitoring compliance or compliance-related programs.
Prior supervisory experience preferred Must be able to obtain and hold an approved Known Traveler Number (KTN), Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge, and a Security Threat Assessment (STA) for Airport Badge within four to six weeks of employment required Must be able to pass the applicable Contract Testing and Certifications for the program within four to six weeks of employment; candidate must maintain the certification requirements Must have a valid Driver's License and a clear driving record for the last three years; must also be maintained during tenure of employment Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment BENEFITS Constellis offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflect its commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.

Frequent work outside and in inclement weather conditions is required, including heat, cold, and humidity.
May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration.
Work hours will be dictated by the customers agreed upon schedule.
Nights, weekends, and holiday hours will be required, and the work schedule will vary.
Travel will also be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 100 lbs.
Requires standing for long periods of time in all weather conditions.
Requires intermittent sitting, walking, running, climbing, squatting, stretching, bending, and kneeling.
