Leader of Leaders, Midwest Central Area Sales

As AWS continues to rapidly grow, we seek a Commercial Sales Leader of Leaders (LoL) to own and scale out the Midwest Central US Enterprise Area customer segment.
The Enterprise segment in the Midwest Central Area is experiencing double digit year-over-year (Y/Y) growth.
In this LoL role, you will continue to accelerate this direction, building strategy through execution and inspirational guidance.
You will manage an organization consisting of District Sales Managers (and their Account Executive reports) and you will lead the strategy for the 100
person matrixed #OneTeam organization.
You will be adept at delivering growth with customers in various stages of cloud adoption maturity (from early growth through reinvention).
You will establish and maintain executive business, finance, and technology relationships (Board, C-level, EVP, SVP, and VP) within key customers and help them accelerate their digital transformation objectives using AWS.

This role will require you to scale highly complex environments through strategic initiatives within the Enterprise area.
You will be responsible for demonstrating Ownership to build double digit Y/Y growth strategies, Think Big to help our customers, partners, and #OneTeam develop and grow, and Insist on the Highest Standards to build the mechanisms needed to lead your business (including building the operating plan needed to run your business).
You will also be responsible for building the AWS go-to-market through your dedicated team and the extended #OneTeam.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
