Summary:
The Director of Marketing is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and maximizing lifetime value of existing customers through measurable marketing programs in our paid and owned channels.
Success in this role will be determined by the ability to translate business objectives into innovative marketing strategies, lead the development and execution of marketing programs across paid and owned channels and analyze results to optimize programs in collaboration with internal and external partners.
The ideal candidate is results orientated with an in depth experience in media, CRM and data driven performance management.
This role requires the ability to strategically think and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Translates business and marketing objectives into data driven marketing strategies (goals, tactics and metrics) across paid and owned channels.
Serves as primary marketing advisor to multiple business functions on the appropriate campaign objectives, strategy and results.
Drives thought leadership and execution for mass and personalized marketing efforts across email and paid digital.
Works closely with the Brand Team to ensure that all marketing content & copy align with the overall Great Wolf brand vision Leads, coaches and guides the marketing team (including paid media, owned media and social) to determine most effective mix of product and brand content to achieve both revenue and engagement goals, inclusive of overseeing the paid digital and social media strategy as it relates to all paid promotions Develop and manage digital and offline advertising campaigns that support both top and bottom of the funnel.
Primary focus will be developing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across display, social, video, paid search and mobile as well as offline campaigns across OOH, TV and radio.
Actively develop, test, and analyze content, targeting, bidding strategies and landing pages to maximize results, drive volume, meet revenue goals and increase ROI.
Act as thought leader in performance marketing and programmatic advertising space for the brand, including maintaining fluency in the most recent best practices.
Oversee the strategy, execution and optimization of all CRM (email, SMS, etc) marketing programs.
Develops and maintains strong, collaborative relationships across the organization, lodges, vendors and industry professionals.
Establishes strong media agency relationships and provides business strategy to inform media planning.
Manages day to day relationship.
Plans and manages marketing budgets.
Redeploys funds as required to meet both revenue and budget targets.
Reviews and analyzes marketing performance by using data to build upon success of program, while operating within specific forecast models.
Identifies trends, patterns and correlations to develop actions with key stakeholders that will improve marketing performance to meet goals.
Perform organic competitor analysis to discover content gaps and opportunities to optimize strategy.
Required
Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field of study.
Management level marketing experience Experience with display, paid search and paid social in a B2C organization and TV, OOH and radio advertising.
Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing technologies and software, including but not limited to DMP, data onboarding, bid management, A/B testing, Google Premium/360 Analytics, DSPs, and attribution.
Experience leveraging online and offline marketing channels to drive B2C customer acquisition, lead generation and/or revenue generation.
Demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships and influence effectively across the organization and outside vendors.
Demonstrated strong decision making, planning, organizational and interpersonal skills Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities to understand and draw insights from reporting, budgets, P&L statements Demonstrated strong project management skills including strategy, problem solving and attention to detail Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing a blended team of internal, external and cross-functional stakeholders Preferred
Qualifications:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
