Non-ExemptCompass Lexecon offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$95,000.
This position is non-exempt, meaning it is eligible for overtime pay.
Analysts are also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is based on several factors, including but not limited to employee performance and the overall performance of the firm.
Compensation and benefits are competitive with other major economics consulting firms.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
