About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Global Director, Operations for a Life Science account.
This individual will be responsible for a multi-market operational team; and the integrity of operational processes surrounding sourcing and planning.
The DO will provide subject matter expertise and application of optimization strategies, enhancement of overall team process, procedure documentation development training and compliance achievement.
This role will have you leading, collaborating, challenging the status quo, and constantly reaching for the next step with your customer.

oIdentify key areas for efficiency and service excellence across the client operating teamoImplement BCD M E standard operating procedures (SOPs) and development and implement customer specific SOPsoOperational leadership over operations management and planning teamsYou're good atoSolving problems, identifying gaps and finding opportunities to find efficienciesoLeading a best-in-class teamoBuilding strong and trustworthy relationships with customers and internal teamsoUnderstanding Life Science meetings and complianceYou might also have oRegional and global operations experienceoA proven track record of initiating changeYou should know:
o This role is virtual- ideally within driving distance of Chicago, ILo Our standard working hours are 8:
30 AM -5:
30 PM with an hour's break.
o Covid vaccination might be required for this role.

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Global Operations Directoris between $90,000 and $120,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location and project budget.
