Ecommerce Product Manager
Overview:
JOB PURPOSE:
Were looking for a passionate Digital Product Manager who is eager to optimize eCommerce across both the website and the mobile application.
This individual will bring best practices in eCommerice and a Test-and-Learn mindset to drive rental and ancillary revenue.
Daily work will include collaborating colleagues on cross-functional and co-located product development teams.
The role demands strong product instincts, excellent communication skills, technical fluency, empathy, and humility.
A successful candidate will have an appreciation for user-centered design, data-driven decision making, agile principles and practices.

Responsibilities:
Lead Discovery sessions across stakeholder groups and technical feasibility reviews to define and prioritize the product roadmaps
Lead product development team of engineers and designers to build and ship optimizations of the rental booking flow on either the website or the mobile app
Partner with teams to conduct A/B testing and pre-market testing to test out hypotheses and optimize the customer experience
Report on product KPIs and leverage data to drive cross-functional alignment and decision making for product enhancements Experience and Qualifications

years of eCommerce experience on websites or mobile apps
Travel or hospitality industry experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to leverage data to make decisions
Experience with A/B testing tools
Experience with agile development methodologies
Experience working with business insights platforms like Tableau and data analytics platforms like Google Analytics We expect the starting salary to be around $103,000 with annual bonus and profit sharing eligibility.
