Summary:
The Project Business Analyst identifies, defines, and documents business processes, requirements to be developed as workflow, and software and/or hardware requirements to meet project goals.
The Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between Digital & Information Services teams and business stakeholders.
A key aspect to the role is understanding the business operation workflow and defining the technical set up required to meet the needs of stakeholders.
The Business Analyst tracks and provides project status and audit reports; manages the risk, issue, and changes resolution process.
Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
Collaborates with Digital & Information Services teams, Project Management teams, and Business Stakeholders with clear communication and expectations and the impact of change both upstream and downstream workflows.
Ensures project scope is clearly defined; develop and manage project plan to meet deliverables.
Use a variety of techniques to understand business requirements, such as interviews, process mapping, workshops, surveys, and site visits.
Shape business requirements and KPIs by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions.
As part of the Discovery process, understand and document technical options, limitations, costs, and risks.
Translate conceptual user requirements into clear, detailed functional requirements, and a benefit to cost analysis.
Participates in completion of project documentation and recommend readiness management review.
Participates in project assessments and communicate lessons learned, KPI analysis.
Participates with execution of scope change management and project close-out processes.
Participates with project team members through the project management process; ensure team is working within project scope and addressing questions for next project review.
Participates in testing assistance and go live support as needed Required Job
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in computer science, business administration, or related experience.
2-5 years of project support Experience with technical specifications and/or application builds.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint & Project).
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical, multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
PMP Recommended Skills Analytical Auditing Business Administration Business Processes Business Requirements Certified Project Management Professional Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
